  • Scènes de crimes (2000) [Gomez]: Died of heart attack in the night when he pushes his car down with Charles Berling.
  • Lemming (2005) [Richard Pollock]: Smothered with a pillow by Laurent Lucas, who then takes the body to the kitchen where he rigs an explosion using the gas cooker rings and the microwave to blow the house to smithereens in an attempt to hide the crime. (Thanks to Brian)
  • Tell No One (2006) [Jacques Laurentin]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in his home; we only hear the shot from outside after François Cluzet leaves the house.
  • Une affaire d'État (2009) [Victor Bornand]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in André's office, we learn his death in newspaper towards the end of movie.
  • Une exécution ordinaire (2010) [Joseph Stalin]: Dies of cerebral hemorrhage following a stroke in his office while Marina Hands watch in horror, his body his shown later during his funeral.
  • The Great Game (Le Grand Jeu) (2015) [Joseph Paskin]: Died (off-screen) in mysterious circumstances, his body is shown later in the forest near the lake when a child and his parents discover him.
  • Everything Went Fine (Tout s'est bien passé) (2021) [André Bernheim] Dies of sickness off-screen. His body is shown on his hospital bed at the end of the film.
