Southland Tales (2007) [Veronica Mung a.k.a. Dream]: Shot in the chest by Jon Lovitz, while Wood Harris, Dwayne Johnson, and Seann William Scott look on in shock.
Monsters vs. Aliens (2009; animated) [Computer]: Providing the voice of the computer on Rainn Wilson's alien spaceship, Amy is destroyed when the ship self-destructs, after finishing her countdown and briefly wondering if it was incorrect when nothing happens at first. (Played for comic effect.)
Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) [Entertainment Tonight Reporter Wendy Van Peele]: Possibly killed (along with Tina Fey and the rest of her news team) in an explosion when Will Smith calls in an airstrike to carpet-bomb the park where all the news crews are fighting (it's not established who was killed in the airstrike and who survived but this is listed just in case). In a deleted scene, she is killed (along with Fey) by a throwing star to the chest by David Koechner. (Both played for comic effect.)

Saturday Night Live (February 7, 2004) [Various Characters]: As an audience in the "Oprah's Favorite Things" sketch, Amy's head pops off her body due to excitement. (Played for comic effect.)
Saturday Night Live (February 24, 2007) [Various Characters]: In the "Business Meeting" sketch, Amy is killed in an explosion, along with everyone else in Rainn Wilson's office, after Wilson gets a phone call that announces a bomb is in the office building. (Played for comic effect.)
