Frontera (2014) [Olivia McNary]: Killed in a shooting accident as she's riding on her horse along the U.S-Mexican border. Some teenage boys are firing their father's guns without permission. Their shots spook the horse and it throws Amy off and she hits her head on a rock. She subsequently dies in the arms of her husband (Ed Harris).
The Hunt (2020) [Ma]: Shot to death by Betty Gilpin right after Betty shoots Reed Birney.
Antlers (2021) [Ellen Booth]: Gets attacked by Scott Haze in his attic, who bites off her finger, rips her throat out and then bites her nose off. This triggers his transformation into the Wendigo.
Weapons (2025) [Gladys Lilly]: Torn apart by a group of possessed children after Cary Christopher uses a lock of her wig to ensure the children go after her.

Criminal Minds: No Way Out Part II: The Evolution of Frank (2007) [Jane]: Commits suicide, along with Keith Carradine, by jumping in front of a train.
