- Hart of America: Episode 7 (2015) [Grace Hart/Grandma/Willow Sage/Old Storyteller]: Playing multiple roles, "Grandma" dies of a heart attack when she sees the silhouette of her grandson (Clint Sowell) having sex with Perry Frost in their tent, during a musical montage sequence. Her body is shown lying on the ground afterwards when Clint and Perry leave the tent. (For this role, she was made up to look much older than she actually was.) Her other characters survive the episode. (She returned to life in Episode 10, with no explanation other than the dialogue: "I thought you were dead!" "I was!") (Played for comic effect.)
- Hart of America: Episode 10 (2015) [Grace Hart/Grandma/Willow Sage/Old Storyteller]: Playing multiple roles, "Willow Sage" is shot in the back by "Grandma," while "Willow" is holding a gun on "Grace," Perry Frost, Kevin Gillese, and Clint Sowell.
