Film Deaths

Hatchet (2006) (as Tamara Feldman) [Marybeth]: Killed (off-screen) by Kane Hodder; the movie ends with her screaming in the water as Kane looms over her from the boat, but the implication of her fate is clear. (Marybeth actually survives, and appears in the 2 sequels, but the character would be played by Danielle Harris).(Thanks to Cody, Eric and Booby)
Alyce Kills (Alyce) (2011) (as Tamara Feldman) [Carroll]: After accidentally being knocked from the top of a building by her best friend (Jade Dornfeld), Amara is later smothered to death in the hospital by Jade to keep her from telling the truth about what happened. Her body is shown in a later scene at her funeral service.

Smallville: Skinwalker (2002) (as Tamara Feldman) [Kyla Willowbrook]: Fatally wounded by shards of glass when she jumps through a window while in her wolf form; she dies in Tom Welling's arms shortly after changing back into her human form. (Thanks to Mario)
Supernatural: Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things (2006) (as Tamara Feldman) [Angela Mason]: Killed in a car accident while arguing on her cell phone; she is brought back to life by Christopher Jacot, and dies once again when Jensen Ackles stabs her in the middle of her chest with a silver stake.
