Cold Case: Wings (2008) [Ally Thurston]: Bludgeoned to death with a heavy rotary-dial phone by Lindy Booth, who then disposes of her body in a hotel incinerator. Her body is shown at the beginning of the episode, and her death is shown in a flashback later on. She later appears as a ghost/figment of the imagination to Lee Majors, who flashes back his younger self (David Giuntoli), at the end of the episode when her murder is solved.
One Tree Hill: I And Love And You (2009) [Sara Evans]: Shown in a flashback to have died from a aneurysm while talking to Robert Buckley. She appears throughout the seventh season as a ghost that only Robert can see (Amanda also plays a dual role in the season as Katie Ryan, a psychotic tennis player bearing a resemblance to Sara and who has an obsession with Robert).
Grimm: Happily Ever Aftermath (2012) [Lucinda Jarvis]: Organs ruptured due to exposure to sonic waves generated by Tom Wright. Amanda then tears out Tom's throat before dying.
Nikita: Black Badge (2013) [Naomi Ceaver]: Stabbed in the chest with a surgical knife thrown at her by Maggie Q as she goes to shoot Maggie.
9-1-1: This Is Not A Drill (2023) [Rose Kasey]: Dies of her wounds after getting in a explosion.
