- The Hunters of the Golden Cobra (I Cacciatori del cobra d'oro) (1982) [Julie/April]: Playing a dual role as twin sisters, "Julie" falls into an active volcano after the giant cobra statue falls over and knocks her off the altar. ("April" survives the movie). (Thanks to Johan)
- The New York Ripper (1982) (as Almanta Keller) [Fay Majors]: Slashed repeatedly across the chest and stomach then throat slit by Andrea Occhipinti. This is then shown to be a hallucination.
