- The Parallax View (1974) [Joy Holder]: Dies (off-screen) of an allergic reaction after being injected with the wrong medication, in an "accidental mix-up" that had been arranged by the Parallax Coroporation. Neither her death nor her body is actually shown; we only learn of her death some time after the fact when Warren Beatty and Paula Prentiss discuss the mysterious "coincidental" deaths of all the witnesses.
- Ghost (1990) [Woman Ghost]: Dies (off-screen) some time before the movie begins; she appears as a ghost, waiting with several other ghosts in Whoopi Goldberg's parlor when Patrick Swayze's ghost comes to talk to Whoopi.
