- Universal Soldier: The Return (1999) [Veronica Roberts]: Even though Ally did not return for this sequel it is revealed that her character from the original Universal Soldier died in between films, presumably from cancer.
Television Deaths[]
- Santa Barbara: Episodes 1071-1072 (1988) [Andrea Bedford]: Raped and murdered by Leigh J. McCloskey.
- American Dad: Four Little Words (2007; animated) [Melinda]: Neck broken by Bullock (voiced by Patrick Stewart) when his highly trained CIA reflexes make him think she is an attacker when she attempts to snuggle him from behind.
- Sons of Anarchy: NS (2010) [Agent June Stahl]: Machine gunned by Ryan Hurst in the back of the head while sitting in her car causing brain matter to splash over the windshield (with Ryan then making it look like an IRA hit) and in a personal retaliation for her role in Sprague Grayden's death.
- Colony: What Goes Around (2018) [Helena Goldwyn]: Killed by an alien mind blast, which disfigures her face and causes her to collapse to the floor.
