- The Red Lantern (1919) [Mahlee Sackville]: Dies on the throne in the Boxer's Palace after swallowing poison with Frank Currier, Darrell Foss and her twin sister Blanche (played by herself) by her side.
- Stronger than Death (1920) [Sigrid Fersen]: Persumably dies of a heart attack after performing a dance routine. (I haven't seen this movie myself, but the IMDB plot summary implies that she doesn't survive).
- Camille (1921) [Marguerite Gautier]: Dies in bed of tuberculosis with Zeffie Tilbury and Rex Cherryman at her bedside. (see also Greta Garbo in the 1936 version)
- Salome (1923) [Salome]: Crushed to death by the orders of Mitchell Lewis.
