Real Playing Game (2013) [Young Alice]: Stabbed in the throat with a broken bottle by Cian Barry.
Writers Retreat (2015) [Daisy]: Throat slit off-screen by Christopher Fairbank. Her body is shown when her friends open the kitchen window blinds and discover her propped against the window.
The Isle (2018) [Korrigan McLeod]: Jumps off a cliff to her death (along with Tori Butler-Harr) to remove Emma King's supernatural influence over the island. We only see the hand of one of the two ladies who jumped on the rocks at the foot of the cliff.

Dragon Age: Origins (2009) [Petra/Ser Cauthrien]: Patra can be killed in battle by the player character if Susan Boyd is provoked. Ser Cauthrien can be either talked down or fought, if fought she can be killed or she can win and capture the players (an interesting bug; if you defeat Ser Cauthrien with a decapitating blow but are then defeated by the remaining enemies and captured, Ser Cauthrien turns up again later alive but without her head!).
Mass Effect 3 (2012) [Specialist Samantha Traynor]: Can be killed in two of the game's endings; (Destroy) she dies, alongside the rest of the surviving cast, when Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale destroys the Reapers; (Refusal) she is harvested, alongside all sentient life in the galaxy by the Reapers.
Cyberpunk 2077 (2020) [Alt Cunningham]: Died years before the events of the game after the Soulkiller program was used on her; an engram of her survives the game.
