The Life Before This (1999) [Jessica]: Shot in the chest in the crossfire of a shoot-out between David Hewlett and Joel Keller in a cafe. (After the opening sequence, the film "rewinds" to the start of the day, leading up to an alternate outcome; in the second version, Stephen Rea shields Alison during the shoot-out, saving her life at the cost of his own.)
Dear Wendy (2005) [Susan]: Shot in the head in a shoot-out with police in the street; her body is also shown in a brief flash-forward to the morgue.
Midnight in Paris (2011) [Zelda Fitzgerald]: Details needed.
Snowpiercer (2013) [Teacher]: Stabbed in the neck with a knife thrown by Luke Pasqualino, after she opens fire on the rebels. Alison was heavily pregnant at the time of her death, her unborn child also died.

CSI: Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda (2008) [Kelsey Murphy]: Shot by an LVPD officer after shooting Loren Dean.
American Horror Story: Cult: Drink the Kool-Aid (2017) [Ivy Mayfair-Richards]: Poisoned by Sarah Paulson who used arsenic in her pasta and wine. we later see Evan Peters pouring lye onto her corpse as Sarah looks on.
Them (2021 series) [Betty Wendell]: Shot by Ryan Kwanten from afar with a sniper rifle as Alison flees the underground chamber where Ryan had her held captive.
