- Cold Squad: Death by Intent: Part 2 (2000) [Anita Dunn]: Strangled to death (off-screen) by Chris Duggan. Her body is shown when Stephen McHattie arrives on the scene.
- Smallville (appearances between 2004-2008) [Lillian Luthor]: Dies of a heart illness years before the series began. She appears in flashback scenes in a few episodes and even in one episode (Lexmas) as a ghost to her son (Michael Rosenbaum) in a dream while he's in a coma after being shot.
