- Bounty Tracker (1993) [Isabelle Damone]: Shot by Cyndi Pass.
- The Immortals (1995) [Stripper Shooter]: Shot to death (off-screen) by William Forsythe during a robbery at a strip club. We only see a close-up of William's gun about to fire; the shooting is referred to afterwards. (Nudity alert: Topless)
- Against the Law (1997) [Officer Lustig]: Shot three times in the chest by Richard Grieco in a shoot-out at a gas station.
- Land of the Free (1998) [Helene]: Shot in the head by one of William Shatner's hitmen while taking a shower. (Nudity alert: Topless)
- Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) [Woman who Falls from High Rock]: Pushed off of a high rock and into a grotto by the Noxious Offender (David Mattey) in a black & white newsreel-parody sequence. (Note: While this fall isn't confirmed as being fatal, I thought I'd go ahead and list it, considering that the rest of the "newsreel" is a massacre.)
