Lights Out (2016) [Diana]: Burns to death after her extreme sensitivity to light is aggravated by fluorescent lights during a medical experiment years before the movie begins. She appears as a ghost in this movie and her death is explained when Teresa Palmer tells Gabriel Bateman about her.
Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) [Zdinarsik aka Z-Dog]: Likely died in the Battle of Tree of Souls in Avatar (2009). Resurrected as a recombinant, a cloned avatar-na'vi-body. Later shot by Zoe Saldanha with two arrows; the first hitting her in the side, and the second hitting her in her head, killing her instantly.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Devils You Know (2015) [Alisha Whitley]: Thrown down onto the floor and hit in the chest with a blast of energy by Matthew Willig. This is only one of Alicia's replicants, as the main Alicia reacts in horror to her own death and tells Clark Gregg what happened to her.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: The Singularity (2016) [Alisha Whitley]: While being mind-controlled by the Hive parasite, one of her replicates is shot in the head with a handgun by another one of her replicates to keep herself from talking to Luke Mitchell when he captures her. The other replicate is then shot in the head with a handgun by Clark Gregg before she can shoot Luke. The original Alisha survives the episode.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Failed Experiments (2016) [Alisha Whitley]: While being mind-controlled by the Hive parasite, one of her replicates has her head crushed by a Kree alien when he slams her head into the ground. The original Alisha is hacked with an axe-like weapon (off-screen) by the Kree alien at the end of a fight.
Agatha All Along: Death's Hand in Mine (2024) [Owl]: Impaled on a sword sticking out of the ceiling after Patti LuPone uses a magic tarot card to turn the room they're in upside down.
