Carson's hospital room and knocks an electrical cord from its socket, causing a spark that ignites the oxygen leaking from his respirator. - Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) [Sara Wolfe]: Although Ali does not actually appear in this film, it's revealed that her character from 1999's House on Haunted Hill was killed (off-screen) by Erik Palladino between the two movies, staging it to look like suicide.
