- Final Destination 2 (2003) [Clear Rivers]: Killed in an explosion when she opens the door to T.C. Carson's hospital room and knocks an electrical cord from its socket, causing a spark that ignites the oxygen leaking from his respirator. (Putting aside the fact that oxygen is an accelerant rather than an explosive...) (Thanks to Germboygel)
- Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) [Sara Wolfe]: Although Ali does not actually appear in this film, it's revealed that her character from 1999's House on Haunted Hill was killed (off-screen) by Erik Palladino between the two movies, staging it to look like suicide. (The part of her ghost is played by Stilyana Mitkova, taking over the role.) (Thanks to Liz)
- Obsessed (2009) [Lisa Sheridan]: Crushed to death by a falling chandelier after falling through an attic onto a glass table at the end of a struggle with Beyonce Knowles. (Thanks to Tommy, Gerardo, and William)
