Final Destination (2000) [Clear Rivers]: Blown up on Flight 180 during Devon Sawa's premonition. However, Ali survives in reality as her, Devon. Kerr Smith, Seann William Scott, Chad Donella, Amanda Detmer and Kristen Cloake are able to get off the plane before it it explodes.
Final Destination 2 (2003) [Clear Rivers]: Blown up in an explosion when she opens the door to T.C. Carson's hospital room and knocks an electrical cord from its socket, causing a spark that ignites the oxygen leaking from his respirator. Her charred body lands in front of A.J. Cook and Michael Landes who both ducked from the explosion's flames.
Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) [Sara Wolfe]: Although Ali does not actually appear in this film, it's revealed that her character from 1999's House on Haunted Hill was killed (off-screen) by Erik Palladino between the two movies, staging it to look like suicide. (The part of her ghost is played by Stilyana Mitkova, taking over the role.)
Obsessed (2009) [Lisa Sheridan]: Crushed to death by a falling chandelier after falling through an attic onto a glass table at the end of a struggle with Beyonce Knowles.

Heroes: Powerless (2007) [Niki Sanders]: Burned to death (off-screen) when she's trapped in a fire after rescuing Dana Davis.
Heroes: Cold Snap (2009) [Tracy Strauss]: Freezes herself into a ice statue, while freezing soldiers and most of a parking lot. As an ice statue she is shot by Zeljko Ivanek and shatters, then flows down a sewer in liquid form; but later returns with the an upgraded power that causes her body to gain the properties of water, and allows her to move anywhere in a water form.
Creepshow: Dead and Breakfast/Pesticide (2021) [Pam Spinster]: Strangled by her brother (C. Thomas Howell) after she murders Iman Benson. He then stages the scene (off-screen) to look like a suicide.
