Rip It Off (Beyond the City Limits) (2001) [Yuri]: Shot in the head by Jennifer Esposito on board a boat.
Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) [The Other]: Neck twisted 180 degrees by a blast of energy created by Lee Pace with his hammer, while Josh Brolin and Karen Gillan look on in shock.

Romeo & Juliet (1994) [Tybalt]: Stabbed to death in a swordfight with Jonathan Firth.
Sharpe's Waterloo (1997) [Lord John Rossendale]: Pulled off his horse and stabbed in the chest with a bayonet by French soldiers at the Battle of Waterloo. He dies while calling out to Abigail Cruttenden.
Batman Beyond: Curse of the Kobra: Part II (2001; animated) [Zander]: Killed in the explosion of his aircraft.
Angel: Time Bomb (2004) [Wesley Wyndam-Pryce]: Killed by Amy Acker in an alternate timeline; he is brought back to life when David Boreanaz manages to set the timeline right.
Angel: Not Fade Away (2004) [Wesley Wyndam-Pryce]: Stabbed in the stomach by Dennis Christopher during a fight; he dies in Amy Acker's arms shortly afterwards.
Perception: Defective (2013) [Dr. Randall Vetter]: Accidentally killed by his wife, Julie Ann Emery, when Julie shoves Alexis while her DBS was being operated and sabotaged by Jud Tylor as part of Jud's plan to kill Julie. Alexis is sent headfirst on a table; the death is shown via flashback.
Legacies: There's a Place Where the Lost Things Go (2020) [Rupert Vardemus]: In a noir-reality simulation, he is killed by an evil version of Kaylee Bryant.
