American Nightmare (1983) [Isabelle Blake a.k.a. Tanya Kelly]: Throat slit by her lover while lying in bed. (Nudity alert: Topless)
8 Million Ways to Die (1986) [Sunny]: Killed (off-screen, exact method unknown) by gangsters after they abduct her; her body is shown afterwards when Jeff Bridges finds her lying in a ditch.
In Between (1991) [Amy]: Dies (off-screen) shortly before the story begins; the movie takes place in the afterlife.
Sunset Grill (1993) [Anita]: Killed when Pete Koch crushes her head between his hands. (Thanks to Harry)

The Hitchhiker: Minuteman (1987) [Julie]: Killed when Dean Hallo and Nancy Isaak's motorcycle crashes into her side of the car. She dies again after her husband (John Shea) fails to prevent her death after going back in time, before her death is finally undone when John goes back in time a second time.
Baywatch: Chance of a Lifetime (1997) [Lt. Stephanie Holden]: Crushed to death when lightning strikes the mast of a boat and causes it to fall on her. Vincent Van Patten comfort his wife and she died in his arms. And David Hasselhoff being consoled in tears. She later appeared as a ghost to David in the episode The Eighth Deal, when David fell unconscious. (Thanks to Johan)
