Death Wish 3 (1985) [Hermosa]: Shot twice in the chest by Ed Lauter when he's about to shoot Charles Bronson with a shotgun.
The Lost Boys (1987) [Marko]: Playing a vampire, he dies after being stabbed in the chest with a wooden stake by Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander.
Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey (1991) [Bill S. Preston]: Thrown off a large cliff, along with Keanu Reeves, by their evil robot duplicates; they find themselves in the afterlife and eventually manage to come back to life after beating Death (William Sadler) (Played for comedic effect).
Ben 10: Race Against Time (2007) [Constantine Jacobs]: Dies from rapid aging by Christien Anholt. He dies shortly while speaking to Graham Philips, Haley Ramm, and Lee Majors.
Grand Piano (2013) [Assistant]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by John Cusack; we learn of his death when Elijah Wood discovers him.
Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020) [Bill]: Killed in an explosion (along with Keanu Reeves and Anthony Carrigan) caused by Anthony shooting himself, which sends Alex to the afterlife. He is later brought back to life by William Sadler.

Bones: The Girl in the Gator (2007) [Monty Gold]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by John Lacy.
Saul of the Mole Men; The Finger of Fate or the Fateful Finger (2007) [King of the Mole Men]: Playing the voice of a monster, he dies from his injuries after being stabbed in the head with an antenna by Josh Gardner (Played for comic effect).
Robot Chicken: In Bed Surrounded By Loved Ones (2012; animated) [Ethan]: Shot to death by LEGO policemen (Played for comic effect).
