- Doctor Who: Forest of the Dead (2008) [Professor River Song]: Sacrifices herself by melding with the consciousness of the library in order to free the consciousnesses of the people inside, while David Tennant watches in horror. All of Kingston's future appearences occur prior to her traveling to this moment to sacrfice herself.
- Masterpiece (Boudicca) (2003) Boudicca dies shortly after her defeat by the Romans at the battle of watling street. It's unknown how, but presumably by either illness or suicide.
