- Gravity Falls: Double Dipper (2012; animated) [Paper Jam Dipper]: Melts along with the rest of the Dipper clones when Dipper (Jason Ritter) sets off the sprinklers.
- Gravity Falls: Scary-oke (2014; animated) [Soos]: Turned into a zombie. He is shown to have been revived in the next episode.
- Gravity Falls: The Stanchurian Candidate (2015; animated) [Mayor Befufftlefumper]: Dies of old age (off-screen); confirmed in a news broadcast.
- Gravity Falls: Weirdmageddon 2: Escape From Reality (2015; animated) [Dippy Fresh]: Destroyed along with all the other inhabitants of Mabeland when the main characters escape from the prison bubble, bursting it in the process.
- Gravity Falls: Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back the Falls (2016; animated) [Bill Cipher]: Is erased from existence by Ford (J.K. Simmons) via the memory gun after unknowingly entering the mind of Grunkle Stan (also voiced by Hirsch)
- Amphiba: Wax Museum (2020; animated) [Curator Ponds/Frog Soos]: Killed offscreen by the Animals after being dragged by them in a closet, though he claims the red stuff is only Wax. However, Hop Pop (Bill Farmer) confirmed he was killed. "Frog Soos lives!"
