- The Adventures of Smilin' Jack [Ch. 6, Escape by Clipper, Ch. 7 Fifteen Fathoms Below] (1943) [Sanson]: Shot in the neck with a poison dart that was launched from a mechanical pencil by Rose Hobart as Alex was about to tell Tom Brown the identity of the Nazi spy leader 'Fraulien Von Teufel'. Chapter Seven opens with a rehashing of the scene.
- Bataan (1943) [Pvt. Yankee Salazar]: Tortured and hanged by Japanese soldiers (off-screen). His body is seen hanging from a tree when Robert Walker shoots it (mistaking him for one of the Japanese).
