- The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes (2010-2012; animated) [Jack Fury]: Died several years before the events of the series, with his spirit being encountered by Captain America (Brian Bloom).
- The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes: Breakout: Part 2 (2010; animated) [Nick Fury]: Playing both the real Fury and a robot duplicate, the duplicate is crushed by Graviton's (Fred Tatasciore) gravity powers; the real Fury survives the episode.
