Power Rangers in Space: Countdown to Destruction, Part II (1998) [Queen Machina]: Turns into sand after getting hit by Zordon's (Bob Manahan) energy wave.
Family Guy: Peter, Peter, Caviar Eater (1999) [Marguerite Pewterschmidt]: Dies from unknown causes after uttering "Lois" when her great-niece Lois (also voiced by Alex) opens the door as Seth MacFarlane, Seth Green and Lacey Chabert look on. She later appears on a videotape in her will.

Family Guy: Brian Wallows and Peter's Swallows (2002; animated) [Pearl Burton]: Struck by a speeding truck to the horror of Brian (voiced by Seth MacFarlane); she succumbs to her wounds in the hospital after watching a VR simulation of her and Seth's life together with him.
Family Guy: Stewie kills Lois (2007; animated) [Lois Griffin]: Shot multiple times in the chest by her infant son (Seth MacFarlane), causing Alex to fall off the cruiseship and sink in the water. Although she is declared dead for much of the episode, in the final moments, it is revealed that Alex survived the shooting and returns. (This turns out to be a simulation.)

The Cleveland Show: Gone with the Wind (2010; animated) [Loretta Brown]: Breaks her neck after falling onto the concrete driveway while in her bathtub when Peter Griffin (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) accidentally swings a dinosaur skeleton into the bathroom wall of her house.(Played for comedic effect.)
Family Guy: And Then There Were Fewer (2010; animated) [Lois Griffin/Stephanie]: Voicing dual roles, Stephanie is shot in the chest by a suppressed gun (which was on a timer) that was intended to kill James Woods that Diane Simmons (voiced by Lori Alan) planned but however the plan backfired when Stephanie took a seat in James’ chair, accidentally killing her in the process. Her body then mysteriously disappears throughout the episode until it was revealed in the end that Glenn Quagmire (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) actually stole the dead body for necrophiliac purposes. Lois Griffin survives the episode. (Played for comedic effect.)
Family Guy: Peternormal Activity (2015; animated) [Lois Griffin]: In a story told as a horror movie concept, Alex is mauled to death by monster cat, alongside Seth MacFarlane. (Played for comedic effect.)
Family Guy: Three Directors (2015; animated) [Tricia Takanawa]: During the Quentin Tarantino section, which parodies Kill Bill: Vol 1, Alex portrays multiple versions of Tricia, who battle Seth MacFarlane and all die. (1) Beheaded (2) Stabbed in the gut (3) Slashed across the stomach (4/5) Two Tricias are slashed across the stomach in a single swing of Seth's sword (6/7) One is stabbed in the gut, while Seth crushes the other's head with his foot. (8) Has a beer bottle thrown into her eye by another Tricia. (9) Crushed when Seth lands on top her her, causing her spine to burst out of her back (10/11/12) Washed away when Seth cuts a pipe, causing a massive spray of beer to hit with with incredible force. (13) Punched in the face and then has her mouth forced onto the open pipe, causing her body to be filled with beer until it explodes. (14) In a parody of Chiaki Kuriyama's death, Alex is beheaded by Seth. (Played for comedic effect.)
Family Guy: V is for Mystery (2018) [Lois Griffin/Constance]: Falls to her death over the side of the Eiffel Tower when confronted by Stewie and Brian (both voiced by Seth MacFarlane).
Family Guy: Oscars Guy (2022; animated) [Lois Griffin/Jenny]: Dies of AIDS abruptly, moments after telling Seth MacFarlane about her condition. As Seth begins to ask another question, he realizes that she has already died and is lying in a coffin in the middle of the room. This is a parody of Robin Wright's death in Forrest Gump.
