• The Picture of Dorian Gray (2006) [Sybil Vane]: Presumably commits suicide. (I haven't seen this version, so I don't know how closely it follows the original story.)
• Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007) [Mara]: Hit in the head with a hatchet thrown at her while she's running through the woods. The cannibalistic killers hack off some of Aleksa's fingers, which land next to a horrified Erica Leerhsen. Her body is later discovered by Henry Rollins. (Thanks to Cody and Frank)

TV Deaths

• Boardwalk Empire: Georgia Peaches (2011) [Angela Darmody]: Killed by a shot in the head, along with her lover Kristen Sieh, by William Forsythe.
