A Lonely Place to Die (2011) [Rob]: Falls to his death, after either Sean Harris or Stephen McCole cut his safety rope as Alec is climbing down a cliff with Melissa George.
Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 (2024) [Alan Robin]: Stabbed to death off-screen by Ryan Oliva. His body, alongside Nicola Wright, is later found by Scott Chambers.

Angel: Origin (2004) [Drogyn]: Bitten in the neck/neck snapped by David Boreanaz as a way to be close to The Circle of Black Thorn.
The Last Kingdom: Season 1 Episode 3 (2015) [King Aethelred]: Dies off-screen after he succumbs to an axe wound in the neck that he copped from a Danish soldier, after a battle off-screen. His body is seen later on at his funeral, just after he has died with those who loved him, all around him.
Strike Back: Revolution 7.10 (2019) [Pavel Kuragin]: Fatally shot in the chest by Yasemin Kay Allen after being shot in the shoulder by Alin Sumarwata when Alec attempts to execute Yasmin.
Showtrial: Lady Tease (2021) [Dr. Stephen Vendler]: Commits suicide by jumping off a roof.

GoldenEye 007 (2010) [Valentin Zukovsky]: Shot to death by Xenia Onatopp (Kate Magowan) while speaking to James Bond (Daniel Craig).
SOMA (2015) [Steve Glasser]: Ripped to pieces by one of WAU's sea monsters while trying to flee for the climber alongside Anthony Howell, some time prior to the events of the game. His severed head and limbless torso can be found lying at the bottom of the abyssal trench when Jared Zeus explores the area late in the game.
Cyberpunk 2077 (2020) [Adam Smasher/Anders Hellman/Arthur Jenkins]: Adam is killed by Gavin Drea/Cherami Leigh or Keanu Reeves if he is in control in all of the endings, unless he manages to beat Gavin/Cherami or Keanu in the Don't Fear The Reaper ending, or the Reaper where he survives; Jenkins is killed by Abernathy's agents after sending Gavin/Cherami to kill her; Anders survives the game. Adam's death avenges David and Rebecca's deaths in Edgerunners since he murdered them.
