The Equalizer: The Caper (1989) [Taffy Gould]: Shot and killed by Trudy Collins (Laura San Giacomo) while holding a gun to a hostage and keeping Robert McCall (Edward Woodward) and Sgt. Alice Shepard (Chad Redding) at bay.
