- Charmed: Brain Drain (2001) [Alastair]: Vanquished by The Source of Evil (Bennet Guillory) who took his appearance.

- Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain (2004) [Mihai Niculescu]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by a criminal.
- Mass Effect (2007) [Nihlus Kryik/ Turian Councilor Sparatus]: Playing dual roles, Nihlus is executed off-screen via gunshot wound to the back of his head by Fred Tatasciore. Sparatus can optionally meet his end in the game’s conclusion if the player has Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale choose to let Peter Jessup destroy the ship Sparatus is riding in.
- Killer7 (2005) [Curtis Blackburn]: Eviscerated by rotating blades activated by Michael Gough after Michael shoots Alastair during a duel; he later reappears as a ghost.
- Mass Effect 2 (2010) [Turian Councilor Sparatus/Anto/Captain Narom/Kylan]: "Narom" is killed during combat by Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale or their squadmates; "Sparatus", "Anto" and "Kylan" survive the game.
- Mass Effect 3 (2012) [Turian Councilor Sparatus]: If the player saved Alistair in the first game, Sparatus can possibly die in the Destroy or Refusal ending.
- Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (2013)' [Senator Steven Armstrong]: Killed when Quinton Flynn rips out his nanomachine-laced pale heart and crushes it with his hand.
- Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor (2014) [Celebrimbor]: Dies thousands of years before the events of the game, in flashbacks it reveals he was bludgened to death by Steven Jay Blum with a Mithril hammer (Steven's intial gift to Alastair) after Steven first tortured Alastair and then killed his Wife and Daughter in front of him. He appears as a wraith helping Troy Baker through out the game.
- Middle-Earth: Shadow of War (2017) [Celebrimbor]: His spirit presumably passes on into the afterlife when he is freed from his merging with Steven Jay Blum after the destruction of The One Ring as depicted in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003).
- God of War (2018) [Mimir]: Dies momentarily after he is decapitated by Christopher Judge (at his request); his head is then reanimated using Danielle Bisutti's magic. His reanimated head is a companion for Christopher Judge and Sunny Suljic for the remainder of the game. His body can also be found back where he he was killed if Christopher searches there. Alastair will comment on how he didn't have to see that and sarcastically thank him.
