- Guilty Hands (1931) [Gordon Rich]: Shot in the chest by Lionel Barrymore in Alan’s study; Lionel then arranges the scene to look like a suicide. His body is shown again afterwards when the other houseguests burst into the room, and again periodically throughout the movie during the investigation.
