- The Avengers: Death Despatch (1962) [Pasco]: Found dead by Patrick Macnee, slumped over a chair in Patrick's room. Cause of death not clear, probably shot, possibly stabbed. Later dialogue makes it clear that David Cargill killed him. (Thanks to Brian)
