Alan Hewitt (1915 - 1986)
Television Deaths[]
- Peter Gunn: The Family Affair (1959) [Mr. Collins]: During a fight with Craig Stevens in John Hoyt's den where he kept dozens of medieval weapons in his collection; Alan is knocked back onto a sword that fatally stabs him in the back.
- Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Invitation to an Accident (1959) [Albert Martin]: Poisoned by Gary Merrill who mistakenly believes that Alan is his wife's lover. It was implied during the episode that Alan's character was in fact a homosexual. (Thanks to Brian)
- My Favorite Martian: Double Trouble (1964) [Det. Bill Brennan]: Playing a dual role as the real 'Brennan' and his duplicate, the duplicate ceases to exist, along with Pamela Britton's duplicate, when they reach the end of their limited lifespans; the real 'Brennan' survives, obviously. (played for comic effect)
