There Was a Crooked Man... (1970) [Tobaccy]: Shot in the stomach by Burgess Meredith after catching Burgess in the prison armory.
Giant Spider Invasion (1975) [Sheriff]: Killed by the main giant spider.

The Untouchables: The Tri-State Gang (1959) ['Big' Bill Phillips]: Shot in the chest in a shoot-out with Robert Stack; he dies soon afterwards.
Johnny Ringo: Coffin Sam (1960) [Coffin Sam Sabine]: Shot in a gunfight by Don Durant after refusing to draw but does so as Don turns to go and Mark Goddard shouts a warning. (Thanks to Brian)
Perry Mason: The Case of the Bouncing Boomerang (1963) [Nelson Barclift]: Killed (off-screen) by Diana Millay and Paul Picerni. The exact cause of death is not shown, but the pair make it looked like he died in a car wreck, after hearing his last words the screen shows the car on fire falling down the cliff.
Matt Houston: The Yacht Club Murders (1983) [Rawson Harmon IV]: Killed by a snake that was planted in his coat.
