- Stopmotion (2023) [Ella Blake]: Presumably bleeds to death after tearing open her stitches and pulling a the muscle from her leg. She's seen on a TV bleeding on the floor before climbing into a box and closing the lid, which is implied to be a coffin.

- Game of Thrones: The Winds of Winter (2016) [Lyanna Stark]: died before the story from childbirth while talking to Robert Aramayo. she seen only in vision of her nephew (Isaac Hempstead-Wright). this vision seen also in the episode The dragon and the wolf.
- Black Narcissus (2020) [Sister Ruth]: Falls to her death from the cliffside bell tower after she tries to push Gemma Arterton over (however unlike the original 1947, Ruth's death is suicide rather than a accident).
