- Iruvar (The Duo) (1997) [Pushpavalli/Kalpana]: Playing a dual role, "Pushpavalli" dies in a freak house accident. "Kalpana" later dies in a road accident when her car swerves out of control.
- Mohabbatein (Love Stories) (2000) [Megha]: Commits suicide by jumping off a roof.
- Khakee (The Uniform) (2004) [Mahalakshmi]: Shot in the back by Amitabh Bachchan, when Amitabh shoots at Ajay Devgn and Ajay moves her into the line of fire as a human shield. She catches the bullet high in her back and dies almost instantly on Ajay Devgn's shoulder.
- Ponniyin Selvan 2 (2023) [Nandini / Mandakini]: Playing a double role of mother/daughter, the mother (Mandakini) is shot in her back with multiple arrows by Pandya rebels. Nandini drowns herself after learning that she was used as a puppet throughout her life.
