Assault on Precinct 13 (2005) [Anna]: Shot in the head by a corrupt cop who had been hiding in the back of the SUV, after Aisha and Maria Bello attempt to escape in it. We only see the flash of the shot through the back windshield; her body is shown (from a distance) after the SUV crashes and the cop pulls her body out. (Thanks to Michael and Cathal)

True Blood: You'll Be the Death of Me (2008) [Miss Jeanette]: Heart removed (off-screen) by Mehcad Brooks (acting under the influence of Michelle Forbes' powers); her body is partially shown afterwards when she's discovered in a car, and the body's identity was revealed in the following season-opening episode Nothing But the Blood. Under The Dome: Breaking Point (2015) [Carolyn Hill]: Crushed by the falling debris when the tunnel caved in after Dean Norris rigged explosives in the tunnels.
