- Sorority House Massacre (1986) [Cathy Henckle]: Stabbed three times in the chest with a bowie knife off-screen by her brother John C. Russell fourteen years prior to the film's events. Her death is not shown fully, only indicated through visions experienced by John and Angela O'Neill.
- Monster Man (2003) [Sarah]: Throat slit by Eric Jungmann.
- The Hillside Strangler (2004) [Kay Dueben]: Strangled or suffocated by C. Thomas Howell and Nicholas Turturro . The scene ends with her tied up on the bed after Nicholas attacks her; her body is not shown afterwards.
