Film Deaths

• Final Destination 3 (2006) [Laura]: Killed in a subway-train crash; her body is shown lying in the wreckage afterwards. This turns out to be Mary Elizabeth Winstead's premonition, but it starts to come true at the end of the movie. (In the DVD's "chose their fate" feature, by choosing "map" in the subway scene, the movie ends with the crash, indicating that it's real and not a premonition in that version.)
• Snakes on a Plane (2006) [Dell Girl]: Bitten by the snakes after they're released in the plane; I'm not sure whether Agam is seen being bitten during the carnage, but she's not among the survivors at the end of the movie. (Thanks to Tido)
• The Haunting of Sorority Row (The Deadly Pledge) (2007) [Rachel]: Scalded to death when Lara Gilchrist/Kailin See's unseen ghost traps her in the shower and manipulates the temperature. Her body is shown afterwards when the others manage to open the bathroom door. (Thanks to Germboygel)
• 2012 (2009) [Aparna S. Tsurutani]: Drowned along with her husband (Jimi Mistry) and child (Qayam Devji), when India is hit by a giant tidal wave; it cuts to Chiwetel Ejiofor listening to the events over the phone.

TV Deaths

• Supernatural: Hell House (2006) [Jill]: Hanged by Nicholas Harrison.
