- The Road Killers (1994) [Mary Elizabeth "Red"]: Shot repeatedly by police at a roadblock, when they mistake her hairbrush for a gun. (Thanks to ND and Alan)
- Teresa's Tattoo (1994) [Teresa/Gloria]: Playing a dual role, "Gloria" is accidentally drowned when she slips and falls into a swimming pool; we only see her screaming as she falls out of frame. Her body is shown (covered with a towel) afterwards when Matt Adler and Anthony Clark explain the accident to C. Thomas Howell, and is shown yet again when Adrienne's other character ("Teresa") and Nancy McKeon discover her in the freezer of C. Thomas' frozen-foods factory. (Played for comic effect.)
