- National Theatre Live: King Lear (2014) [Fool]: Beaten to death by Simon Russell Beale, while Adrian is impersonating Kate Fleetwood and the confused Simon throws him into a bathtub and beats him to death with a steel pole, while Stanley Townsend and Tom Brooke look on in horror.
Television Deaths[]
- Midsomer Murders: A Dying Art (2016) [Tony Pitt]: After being knocked unconscious and dragged beneath a crane, he is crushed beneath a large stone ball when Saskia Reeves drops it on him.
- Killing Eve: You're Mine (2019) [Raymond Algaron]: Hacked with an axe by Sandra Oh at Jodie Comer's insistence. Although Sandra initially only hits Adrian in the shoulder with the axe, he is then knocked off his feet by Jodie, before Sandra hit him twice more with the axe.
