Wealthy buisnessman Ted Andrews (Gary Busey) needs to sell his yacht for some quick money and convinces his ex-wife Sandy (Belinda Bauer) to let him take along thier kids. However, his new girlfriend Laura Warner (Nancy Mulford) turns out to be a member of the gang of terrorists led by the ruthless Jack Wilcox (Ray Sharkey), who steals the yacht to use as his base of operations, kidnapping the couple's children in the process. Ted & Sandy then must work together to save thier kids.
