The Shadow (1994) [Marine Guard]: Shot in the chest with a crossbow bolt (along with Steve Hytner) by one of John Lone's henchmen.
Wagons East (1994) [Abe Ferguson]: Accidentally quartered off-screen by horses. (Played for comedic effect).
U Turn (1997) [Biker #1]: Shot in the back by Aida Linares as he walks out after robbing the grocery store.
Open Range (2003) [Mose]: Killed (off-screen) by Michael Gambon's men. (Thanks to Michael)
Wristcutters: A Love Story (2006) [Erik]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in the head, some time before his first appearance; he appears as a spirit in the afterlife for suicides, sharing an apartment with Patrick Fugit.
Deep Dark Canyon (2013) [Michael Spencer]: Accidentally killed in a fight/shootout with Spencer Treat Clark.
The Finest Hours (2016) [George 'Tiny' Meyers]: Killed when he is accidentally struck in the head by Chris Pine's rescue boat after falling from a rope ladder into the stormy water; his body is seen sinking underwater afterwards.
The Belko Experiment (2017) [Chet Valincourt]: Shot in the forehead by John C. McGinley.
Christmas Bloody Christmas (2022) [Santa] Playing a robot, he is destroyed after being blown up by Riley Dandy.

The X-Files: Arcadia (1999) [Big Mike]: Mauled and beaten to death by a Tulpa (created by Peter White) as he shoots at it to no effect (as Gillian Anderson secretly looks on hidden in the closet). (Thanks to Michael)
Robot Chicken: Junk in the Trunk (2005; animated) [Optimus Prime]: Providing the voice of the Transformer, he dies of prostate cancer in the hospital, with several other Transformers gathered by his bedside. His body transforms into a coffin after his death. (Played for comic effect, obviously.) (Thanks to Neil)
Robot Chicken: In Bed Surrounded by Loved Ones (2012) [Optimus Prime / Tummi Gummi / Bill the Lego Man]: Portraying multiple roles, "Bill the Lego Man" is shot to death by the police while attempting to demolish Alex Winter's house. ("Optimus Prime" and "Tummi Gummi" survive the episode.) (Played for comic effect.)
Once Upon a Time: Tiny (2013) [Arlo]: Stabbed in the leg with a poisoned sword by Cassidy Freeman (who he stabs in return) he dies while talking to his only surviving brother (Jorge Garcia).
