Flashpoint: Fit for Duty (2012) [Harold Beamer]: Shot in the chest with a sniper rifle by David Paetkau on a ferry, while A.J. is pointing his own gun at Hugh Dillon. His body is briefly shown at the beginning of the episode, and the death is later shown in a flashback when Hugh tells Suleka Mathew.
Justified: Weight (2014) [Danny Crowe]: Accidentally stabs himself in the neck when he falls down into a grave while running towards Timothy Olyphant.
The Mentalist: Nothing Gold Can Stay (2015) [Aaron Ace Brunell]: Shot in the back by SWAT Team.
Narcos: Descenso (2015) [Kevin Brady]: Shot to death by machine gun alongside Alexander Doncel by Diego Catano on Wagner Moura's orders while looking for Luis Gnecco.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Annihilation Earth (2015; animated) [Pigeon Pete]: Killed when the Triceratons used the Heart of Darkness to destroy the Earth. However his death was later prevented in Earth's Last Stand when the Turtles destroy the timer to the Heart of Darkness.
SEAL Team: Time To Shine (2019) [Sonny Quinn]: Clinically dies from asphyxiation by drowning in a submarine’s torpedo launch tube. A.J. is resuscitated by the submarine’s medical crew after being removed from the tube.
