There was a clip I saw, of a henchwoman/villianess wearing a short black dress, she is blonde, she has hostages trapped, in a room, before the scene of her death she killed her accomplice a brunette in that same room. when she's about to shoot the hostages who might also be the heroes of the 90's or early 2000's movie, the police burst it, she tries to resist and gets shot multiple times, she dies in a man's arms and say " I am wasted as she dies"
